Do you need better technical support?
Surveillance Technologies was founded because we discovered that security companies wanted a higher level of service and support than was currently being offered in the New Zealand market.
Our clients need a supplier with not only an excellent understanding of end users needs but also the ability to apply the specific technology to address those needs. We can provide this to your company along with specialist knowledge of the product on offer (especially within the CCTV market).
Because we care and listen to what our clients want, we setup a local repair centre meaning most repairs can be done locally which will reduce the downtime of your product repair. We know from listening to our clients that getting the right product on time is important so stock is able to be delivered countrywide by way of an overnight service from our large warehouse.
If you need product demonstrations as well as sales and technical training we have a boardroom onsite where we provide this when you need it.
Surveillance Technologies is located at Unit D, 9 Lovell Court in Albany on Auckland’s North Shore.
These security installers trust our sound technical advice and use our product knowledge to finish and win projects

He picked up technical skills during his time as a qualified Electronics Technician for the Royal New Zealand Navy and his many technical roles including managing the services department for a Auckland based security company.
He has also worked alongside installers/integrators on large projects like Auckland Museum, LSG sky Chefs and created a customised security solution for BP that solved their drive off problem that was so successful it was installed nationwide.
Jack initially started out as a Territory Salesperson the Security Industry. Where he dealt with the general public and had to tailor solutions to their specific security needs.
In 2011 the opportunity arose to join Surveillance Technologies and take on a more specialised role working with Interlogix. Since then Jack has worked solely with CCTV on numerous projects large and small and enjoys the challenge of designing a system for each client’s’ needs.
